Write a reproducible ethical security report

1. Summarize affected component, authorized scope and observed impact.

2. Provide reproduction steps only for the owner's controlled environment, with sanitized sample data.

3. Separate proven behavior, plausible risk and recommended mitigation.

4. Offer a clear acceptance test the maintainer can perform without affecting users.

5. Exercise: retest the fix and attach a short closure note with date and version.
