Methodology and Standards
How accessibility, practical duration and defensive outcomes were designed.
The academy separates knowledge from execution: pages explain the context, while the learner’s device runs the programs. This avoids presenting a browser simulation as a real terminal and keeps files and progress under the learner’s control.
Accessibility is a technical requirement
Navigation uses semantic HTML, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, explicit labels and touch-sized controls. The layout reflows on narrow screens without horizontal scrolling and respects reduced-motion preferences.
Practice instead of inflated duration
The 382 hours come from 123 practical labs with concrete evidence to produce. Every estimate includes preparation, execution, validation, correction and documentation. Reading is not counted as hands-on time.
Tasks that demonstrate capability
Outcomes are expressed through tasks, knowledge and skills in the spirit of the NICE Framework. Web labs use defensive categories from the OWASP testing guide and remain limited to local samples, documentation endpoints or explicitly authorized systems.
