Build and Validate a Static Site in Termux

Mission

Create a small bilingual responsive website and test it from localhost and a repository subpath.

Required work

1. Use semantic HTML and accessible controls
2. Keep assets relative to the project
3. Test 320px and desktop layouts
4. Validate all local links

Evidence to produce

A site folder, local server command and link-validation report.

Quality checks

The result must name its sources, separate observation from assumption, preserve originals and explain limitations.
